Terms
Read the Tiny Desk AI terms for adult photo consent, permitted use, AI output limitations and rights complaints, with support and copyright contact details.
Use with permission
Only upload a photo of yourself or of an adult who has given you permission. Do not upload public figures, children or photos you do not have the rights to use. A video can recast up to five band seats, one photo per seat. AI output can vary: exact likeness, clothing details, lip sync and camera movement are not guaranteed, and no specific shot list is promised. Tiny Desk AI is an independent fan tool, not affiliated with NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson or The Gap Band; clips are original AI videos, not real concert footage.
Credits and downloads
Each video is paid for with credits from one-time packs before it renders. Finished videos have no watermark and can be downloaded. Credits do not expire. If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned.
Support and rights complaints
For help with Tiny Desk AI or concerns about uploaded photos or generated clips, email support@aitinydesk.video. Copyright owners and their authorized representatives can use the DMCA page linked in the footer for notice and counter-notice instructions. We may restrict or close accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright in appropriate circumstances.
